Hi, my name is Brian Gouldson and I have been the Project Manager of the GMMAP project since its formation in 2006. I am also the Assistant Chief Executive of Knowsley Citizens Advice Bureau.
I have worked in the advice sector for over 15 years and have seen many changes in this period, in particular the increased demand for quality, free, impartial debt advice services.
I am proud to be involved in a project that has helped provide advice and support to a large number of people who feel that they have nowhere else to turn and to support the staff who deliver such an important, high quality service to people in the region.
Hi, my name is Amanda (Mand) Thomas and I am the Project Coordinator for the GMMAP project.
I started working at Knowsley Citizens Advice in 2010 having previously worked in the banking sector. I joined the Project team, firstly in an admin role before moving into the Co-ordinator role in 2013.
My role is very varied which I find interesting as it gives me the opportunity to meet and work with lots of different people from all walks of life.
Originally from Kirkby, I now live in Anfield with my husband and son.
Hi, I'm Karla Devine. I joined Knowsley Citizens Advice in 2006 on the Financial Inclusion Team.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with a great team in providing support to the Debt Caseworkers.
I have recently had the opportunity to work on developing the GMMAP website which I hope will further promote the work of the project. I'm originally from Canada but moved to Liverpool in 2005 and have recently settled on the Wirral with my husband and dog Corby.
